THE SAEM Saemmul Perfect Volume Mascara is a powerful smudge-proof formula with a mascara wand that focuses on both length and volume. It is highly pigmented and gives emphasis the eyes. This formulation is also resistant to sebum in the eye areas and can last hours without smudging!

How to use
1. Take a moderate amount for use by swiping the brush against the edge of the container.
2. Wiggle mascara wand in an upward zig zag motion from the roots to the tips of your lashes.
3. Position the wand vertically and coat every lash.er.
